DEFECTIVE MATERIAL - Under no circumstance will products be received at factory without prior authorization from QWS.
.       Defective material claims must be submitted within 6 months of the date of sale.
.       A sample of allegedly defective material should be returned unopened.
.       Original invoice number must be indicated.
.       Any material received in condition not suitable for immediate testing and evaluation will be rejected and claim            closed.

FREIGHT DAMAGED MATERIAL - Under no circumstance will products be received at factory without prior authorization from QWS.
.       An RA# must be obtained prior to returning product.
.       Freight damaged claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of order.
.       Freight damaged material must be noted on delivery receipts at timeof delivery in order to receive credit or                replacement.
.       Original invoice number must be indicated.
.       If freight is sent PP by QWS, QWS will handle the claim. 
.       Collect shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
.       Return claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of shipment and the original invoice # is required.
.       Material must be obtained prior to returning product.
.       Material must be salable as new upon receipt at factory.
.       All returned goods are to be shipped by WMS preferred carrier and packaged to prevent damage in transit.
.       Credits or replacements will not be issued until material is received and verified at factory.

WARRANTY - QWS warrants all material to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from the date of shipment.  This warranty is nvalid if material is not properly maintained by the customer.
