Returns for defective products are 100% money back , upon receipt of product in sellable condition we will issue a refund or replacement shipment.

Returns for any other reason will be addressed on a case by case basis (ie. if you ordered the wrong diameter and you pay the freight back we will refund the purchase price minus any shipping). 

That said, if you ordered in error and pay the return shipping for the product you ordered in error, we will replace it or refund - whatever you wish.

If you received something damaged, please sign for it damaged, it will cover both of us if a claim needs to be filed with the carrier.
